Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr (MBE) is an Irish singer, songwriter, musician and actor. Corr started her career in 1990 with The Corrs, a Celtic rock group The Corrs, alongside Caroline Sharon Jim. Andrea Corr is an Irish artist, singer and actor from Ireland. She was awarded the honor of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) and is better known as one of the Celtic folk and pop-rock band The Corrs. As the lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist of the Corrs, she also serves as the leader. Debuting as an actor in 1991 Andrea then became a talented musician and a stage artist. She worked as an actor in the playback of 1998 Warner Bros. animated film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea's work as an artist is diverse. Andrea has received awards for her charitable work too. Andrea along with her husband who is a stockbroker have two kids. Andrea started music lessons at the age of eight, learning the Tin flute. Gerry was her teacher at the time she began to learn piano. Andrea is also an musician on the ukulele. In her teens, she was improving her musicianship abilities. She worked with her brothers and sisters to become the singer for the group.
